um dispositivo de dança

Seguindo sua pesquisa sobre minimalismo na dança e a sensorialidade do movimento, Cristian Duarte manifesta nesta criação a vontade de estabelecer uma dramaturgia tátil através da modulação incessante da percepção e do afeto.

Como encontro que se estabelece entre muitas instâncias, das moleculares às mais exteriores, a peça convida o público para constituir junto dos dançarinos um campo de empatia. Esse sentimento que todos nós podemos, e que nos emociona com uma perspectiva estrangeira a nós, é movimento fundamental para a obra estabelecer uma dilatação de detalhes e sutilezas.

O mito de Orfeu, atravessamento estabelecido como ponto de partida, disparou uma vontade reflexiva sobre como re-significar o discurso relacional presente na narrativa grega. Na insistência por estabelecer um pensamento distante do hemisfério trágico, o olhar para trás de Orfeu, que o fez supostamente abandonar todo o seu investimento libidinal por Eurídice, tornou-se, para nós, um juízo. Toda escolha se depara com encruzilhadas e eleger um mundo que compreende o gesto de olhar para trás, com todas as metáforas que isso deve e pode designar, com consciência, traz ao trabalho um movimento que apreende o futuro, próximo de uma ecologia dos afetos, e distante da frontalidade obediente incapaz de torcer os sentidos.

Following his research on minimalism in dance and the sensoriality of movement, Cristian Duarte manifests in this creation the desire to establish a tactile dramaturgy through the incessant modulation of perception and affection.

As a meeting that is established between many instances, from the molecular to the most external, the piece invites the public to create a field of empathy with the dancers. This feeling that we all can, and that moves us with a perspective foreign to us, is a fundamental movement for the work to establish an expansion of details and subtleties.

The myth of Orpheus, a crossing established as a starting point, triggered a reflective desire on how to re-signify the relational discourse present in the Greek narrative. In his insistence on establishing a thought distant from the tragic hemisphere, Orpheus's look back, which supposedly made him abandon all his libidinal investment in Eurydice, became, for us, a judgment. Every choice is faced with crossroads and choosing a world that understands the gesture of looking back, with all the metaphors that this should and can designate, with awareness, brings to work a movement that captures the future, close to an ecology of affections, and far from obedient frontality, incapable of distorting the senses.
